OUR   POLICY TERMS

We understand that plans can change! Our goal is to be fair to our guests while also protecting our business and staff scheduling.

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24–47 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Rain Policy: We play in light rain, but if weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., lightning or heavy storms), we will issue a rain check or reschedule your visit at no charge.
  • Group Bookings (8+ players): Require 72 hours' notice for a full refund due to staffing and equipment planning.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days. For any questions or emergencies, please contact us directly—we’ll do our best to work with you
