The Arena Paintball Park Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change!
Our goal is to be fair to our guests while also protecting our business and staff scheduling.
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24–47 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable.
Rain Policy: We play in light rain, but if weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., lightning or heavy storms), we will issue a rain check or reschedule your visit at no charge.
Group Bookings (8+ players): Require 72 hours' notice for a full refund due to staffing and equipment planning.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days. For any questions or emergencies, please contact us directly—we’ll do our best to work with you!
